Cuisine
Protected throughout Italia and especially in Naples, Pizza Margherita was named after Queen Margherita. The colors of its ingredients—red, white, and green—directly represent the flag of Italia. An authentic Margherita must be baked in a wood-fired oven at high temperatures. Check out the Harita section for traditional pizzeria locations.

- 400g San Marzano tomato sauce
- 300g fresh mozzarella cheese
