Ingredients

  • Handmade pici pasta (flour and water)
  • Aglione garlic cloves
  • Peeled tomatoes
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and chili pepper

Preparation

  1. Knead flour and water, then shape the thick, long pici pasta by hand.
  2. Gently cook the crushed garlic in plenty of olive oil over low heat until soft.
  3. Add tomatoes and chili, letting the sauce simmer until thickened.
  4. Toss the boiled pasta into the sauce, mix well, and serve hot.
