  • 1 tablespoon of kombe spice mix

  • Sesame seeds for decoration

Preparation

  1. Mix melted butter, milk, and sugar in a deep bowl until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add the kombe spice mix and baking powder, then add flour gradually to knead a firm dough.
  3. Take walnut-sized pieces of dough and shape them by pressing into special wooden kombe molds.
  4. Dip the top of the shaped cookies into sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven until golden.
