Ingredients

  • 4 eggplants
  • 200 grams ground meat
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste

Preparation

  1. Peel the eggplants in stripes, soak in salted water, dry thoroughly, and fry in oil.
  2. In a pan, sauté the chopped onions, garlic, and ground meat until browned.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes, peppers, and tomato paste to the meat to create the filling.
  4. Split the fried eggplants lengthwise, stuff them with the filling, and bake for 20 minutes.
