Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 tea glass of vegetable oil
- Flour as needed
- 2 cups of finely ground walnuts
- Starch (for rolling the dough)
- 3 cups of sugar and water (for sherbet)
Preparation
- Mix eggs, milk, and vegetable oil, add flour gradually to knead a soft dough, and let it rest in small balls.
- Roll out each dough ball very thin into a sheet using starch.
- Sprinkle plenty of ground walnuts over the rolled dough sheet.
- Wrap the dough sheet loosely around a rolling pin, wrinkle it from both ends inward, slide it off, and place it in the tray.
- Pour melted butter over it, bake until golden, and pour hot sherbet over it after it cools down.
