Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 tea glass of vegetable oil
  • Flour as needed
  • 2 cups of finely ground walnuts
  • Starch (for rolling the dough)
  • 3 cups of sugar and water (for sherbet)

Preparation

  1. Mix eggs, milk, and vegetable oil, add flour gradually to knead a soft dough, and let it rest in small balls.
  2. Roll out each dough ball very thin into a sheet using starch.
  3. Sprinkle plenty of ground walnuts over the rolled dough sheet.
  4. Wrap the dough sheet loosely around a rolling pin, wrinkle it from both ends inward, slide it off, and place it in the tray.
  5. Pour melted butter over it, bake until golden, and pour hot sherbet over it after it cools down.
