Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon of flour

- 1 teaspoon of dried mint and salt
Preparation
- Wash the rice and boil it in chicken broth until soft.
- In a separate bowl, whisk yogurt, flour, and a small amount of cold water until smooth.
- Add some hot broth from the pot to the yogurt mixture to temper it, then pour it slowly into the pot.
- Stir continuously until the soup boils, then add salt and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Heat the dried mint in melted butter and drizzle it over the soup.
