Ingredients

  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 pack baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon kombe spice blend
  • Flour as needed
  • Sesame seeds for topping

Preparation

  1. Mix milk, melted butter, and sugar in a deep bowl until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add the kombe spice and baking powder, then gradually add flour to knead a soft dough.
  3. Take walnut-sized pieces from the dough and shape them by pressing into special wooden molds.
  4. Dip the shaped dough into sesame seeds, place them on a tray, and bake at 180°C until golden brown.
