Ingredients
- 1 cup of ashura wheat
- 1 cup of boiled chickpeas
- 500 grams of strained yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- Fresh mint and butter (for topping)
Preparation
- Soak the wheat overnight and boil it in plenty of water until soft.
- Whisk yogurt, flour, and egg in a large pot until smooth.
- Add the boiled wheat and chickpeas to the yogurt mixture and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- After boiling, cook over low heat until it reaches the desired consistency.
- Pour fresh mint sizzled in butter over it and serve hot or cold.
