Preparation

- In a large pot, mix water, yogurt, flour, cracked wheat, and chickpeas.
- Add the chopped herbs to the pot and let it sit in a warm environment for a day to ferment.
- The next day, place the soured soup on the stove and cook it over low heat for a long time.
