- 4 cups meat or chicken broth
- 1 tea glass cream or milk, salt
Preparation
- Melt butter in a pot, add flour and roast until aromatic.
- Add finely ground hazelnuts and continue to roast together for 1-2 minutes.
- Slowly pour in the broth while whisking continuously to avoid lumps, then bring to a boil.
- Add milk or cream, adjust salt, and let it simmer for another 5 minutes on low heat.
