Ingredients

  • 1 cup strained yogurt
  • 1 coffee cup cracked wheat
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter and dried mint

Preparation

  1. Boil the cracked wheat in plenty of water until soft.
  2. Whisk yogurt, flour, and egg yolk in a separate bowl until smooth.
  3. Add a ladle of boiling water to the yogurt mixture to temper it.
  4. Pour the mixture back into the pot slowly while stirring, boil, and top with hot mint butter.
