Ingredients

  • 1 liter whole milk
  • 15 dried figs
  • 1 cup hot water (to soften figs)
  • Crushed walnuts for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Soak dried figs in hot water for 15 minutes, then chop into small cubes.
  2. Heat the milk to warm temperature (fermentation degree).
  3. Add chopped figs to the milk and blend until pureed.
  4. Pour into bowls, cover with a tray, let it rest for 2 hours at room temperature, then refrigerate.
