Ingredients

  • 1 tea glass of green lentils
  • 1 tea glass of hand-cut soup dough
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of butter and mint

Preparation

  1. Boil the green lentils in plenty of water until they are tender.
  2. Add the cut dough pieces to the boiled lentils and let them cook.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the yogurt and flour, warm it with some soup broth, and pour it slowly into the pot.
  4. Pour melted butter with dried mint over the soup before serving.
