Ingredients
- 1 tea glass of green lentils
- 1 tea glass of hand-cut soup dough
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 tablespoon of butter and mint
Preparation
- Boil the green lentils in plenty of water until they are tender.
- Add the cut dough pieces to the boiled lentils and let them cook.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the yogurt and flour, warm it with some soup broth, and pour it slowly into the pot.
- Pour melted butter with dried mint over the soup before serving.
