- 500 grams diced lamb meat

Preparation
- Sauté the onions and lamb meat in vegetable oil until the meat releases and absorbs its juices.
- Add tomato paste, carrots, and peas, sauté for a few more minutes, add spices, and let it cool.
- Place the meat filling into the center of the soft puff pastry sheets and wrap them like a pouch.
- Turn them upside down onto a baking tray, brush with egg yolk, and bake at 180°C until golden brown.
