  • 1 onion
  • Salt and black pepper

Preparation

  1. Knead flour, water, and salt into a smooth dough and divide into balls.
  2. For the filling, sauté onions, add minced meat or potatoes and spices.
  3. Roll out the dough balls thinly and brush oil between layers.
  4. Place the filling between layers and bake in the oven until golden brown.
