Ingredients

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of starch
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 packet of vanilla
  • 1 cup of fresh strawberry puree

Preparation

  1. Put milk, sugar, flour, and starch in a pot and mix with a whisk until smooth.
  2. Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously until thickened.
  3. When it starts to boil, add vanilla, remove from heat, and divide into cups.
  4. Lightly sweeten the strawberry puree, bring to a brief boil on the stove, and pour over the cooled puddings.
  5. Serve after chilling in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
