- 1 cup of wheat for ashura
- 500 grams of strained yogurt
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- Butter and dried mint
Preparation
- Soak the wheat overnight and boil until soft.
- Whisk yogurt, flour, and egg yolk in a separate pot.
- Temper the yogurt mixture by adding some water from the boiled wheat.
- Slowly pour the mixture into the wheat pot and boil while stirring. Serve with melted butter and mint sauce.
