Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 1.5 cups of flour
- Half a teaspoon of baking soda
- For syrup: 2 cups of sugar and water
Preparation
- Prepare the syrup by boiling sugar and water, then let it cool.
- Whisk eggs, yogurt, flour, and baking soda together until smooth.
- Dip the special iron mold into hot oil to heat it, then dip it into the prepared batter.
- Put the mold back into the hot oil so the batter detaches, fry both sides until golden, and plunge into cold syrup.
