Cuisine
This soup, a source of healing during winter months, is made from tarhana powder traditionally produced in the villages of Evciler. Plenty of garlic and butter are used in making the soup. It is quite easy to find homemade tarhana in local public markets set up in the district.
The flavor of tarhana comes from the naturalness of the yogurt used in its making. You can taste this authentic flavor early in the morning during winter in village restaurants accessible via the Map.
