Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of homemade tarhana powder
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 5 cups of meat broth

Preparation

  1. Soften the tarhana powder by mashing it in a glass of water.
  2. Melt butter in a pot, add crushed garlic and tomato paste, and sauté.
  3. Add the meat broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Slowly pour the softened tarhana into the pot, stirring continuously until cooked.
