- 2 cups of goce (finely cracked wheat)
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 1 bowl of strained yogurt
- 2 cloves of garlic
Preparation

- Add flour, egg, and salt to the swollen wheat and knead well.
- Roll into small marble-sized balls, press slightly in the middle, and boil in boiling water.
