Ingredients

  • 1 kg wild beet greens
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons of bulgur
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • Salt and chili flakes

Preparation

  1. Clean and wash the wild beet greens with plenty of water, then chop them finely.
  2. Boil the chopped greens gently and drain the water.
  3. Sauté the onion in oil, then add the boiled greens and bulgur.
  4. Leave to cook in its own juice over low heat until the bulgur softens.
