Cuisine

Natural yogurts obtained from livestock farming in the high-altitude villages of Ovacık are the flavor secret of this soup. Hardened with rice, egg, and flour, the soup is served with melted butter and mint poured on top. Although common across Türkiye, the quality of dairy here gives it a unique aroma. You can use the Map section for location tracking.
