Preparation
- Boil the chicken in plenty of water, separate the meat from the bones, and shred it.
- Soak the dry yufka sheets with hot chicken broth and arrange them on a serving tray.
- Melt butter in a separate pan, roast the flour, and add chicken broth to create a smooth sauce.
- Spread the shredded chicken over the dough sheets, pour the hot sauce over it, and serve with black pepper.
