- 500 grams of fresh long green beans
- 1 onion
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of sugar and salt
Preparation
- Wash and trim the beans, then cut them lengthwise into two pieces.
- Sauté the chopped onions with olive oil in a large pot until translucent.
- Add the diced tomatoes and continue to sauté for a few more minutes.
- Add the beans, salt, and sugar, then cook over low heat in their own juices until tender.
