  • 500 grams of fresh long green beans
  • 1 onion
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar and salt

Preparation

  2. Sauté the chopped onions with olive oil in a large pot until translucent.
