Ingredients

  • 5 cups of flour
  • 1 pack of fresh yeast
  • 2 cups of warm water
  • 1 cup of crushed walnuts
  • 1.5 chickpea cups of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Preparation

  1. Dissolve the yeast in warm water with salt, add flour, and knead into a soft dough.
  2. Let the dough ferment and rise for about 45 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into balls and roll them out using a rolling pin.
  4. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle generously with walnuts, roll tightly, and place on a baking tray.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until the top turns golden brown.
