Ingredients

  • 4 sheets of phyllo dough
  • 500 grams of grated pumpkin
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 cup of crushed walnuts
  • 1.5 chickpea cups of vegetable oil

Preparation

  1. Mix the grated pumpkin with granulated sugar and crushed walnuts to prepare the filling.
  2. Lay the phyllo dough on a flat surface and brush lightly with vegetable oil.
  3. Spread the pumpkin mixture evenly over the dough.
  4. Roll the dough tightly and place it in a spiral shape on a greased baking tray.
  5. Bake at 180°C until the top turns golden brown.
