Ingredients

  • 1 kg of leek or mancar greens
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons of bulgur
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of pepper paste
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Preparation

  1. Wash the leeks or mancar greens thoroughly and chop them finely.
  2. In a large pot, sauté the chopped onions in olive oil until translucent.
  3. Add the pepper paste, stir until fragrant, and then introduce the chopped greens.
  4. Once the greens shrink, add the washed bulgur, salt, and hot water, then simmer on low heat until tender.
