A staple of traditional Ulus tables, Pumpum Soup takes its name from the sound it makes while cooking. Made by grinding corn grown in the Bartın region into flour, this soup is served with hot melted butter and croutons poured over it. You can check the central restaurants in the Map section to experience this flavor in the district.
