Ingredients
- 500 grams of borage herb (kaldirik)
- 1 large onion
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt and black pepper
Preparation
- Clean the tough parts of the borage stems and wash them thoroughly in plenty of water.
- Boil the cleaned herbs in salted boiling water until soft, drain, and chop finely.
- In a large pan, sauté the chopped onions in olive oil until pink.
- Add the chopped borage and continue to sauté, finally crack the eggs, season with salt and pepper, and cook.
