Ingredients

  • 500 grams of borage herb (kaldirik)
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt and black pepper

Preparation

  1. Clean the tough parts of the borage stems and wash them thoroughly in plenty of water.
  2. Boil the cleaned herbs in salted boiling water until soft, drain, and chop finely.
  3. In a large pan, sauté the chopped onions in olive oil until pink.
  4. Add the chopped borage and continue to sauté, finally crack the eggs, season with salt and pepper, and cook.
