This world-famous visual feast of Bartın cuisine is prepared by combining at least 10-15 types of ingredients with vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. Ingredients
- 1 small lettuce or curly lettuce
- 1 tomato and cucumber
- 1 carrot and red beet (grated)
- Quarter bunch of parsley and arugula
- Olive oil, apple vinegar, and salt
Preparation
- Wash and dry all the greens thoroughly, chop finely, and spread them on the base of the serving plate.
- Cut tomatoes and cucumbers into aesthetic shapes and place them on top of the greens.
- Arrange the grated carrots and beets in strips around the edges of the plate to create a color harmony.
- Drizzle the mixture of olive oil, vinegar, and salt over the salad as a dressing and serve.
