Ingredients

  • 1 kg lamb meat
  • 1 kg eggplant
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 200 g green peppers
  • 100 g garlic
  • 100 g tail fat

Preparation

  1. Chop the ingredients into large pieces.
  2. Thread meat, eggplants, potatoes, and peppers onto special Tokat kebab skewers.
  3. Hang the skewers in the vertical Tokat kebab oven and place tail fat in the middle.
  4. Cook for about 45-60 minutes until meat and vegetables are tender, then serve hot.
