Tokat Kebab, which has an important place in Tokat culture, consists of a combination of lamb meat, eggplant, tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, and garlic. Ingredients
- 1 kg lamb meat
- 1 kg eggplant
- 500 g potatoes
- 500 g tomatoes
- 200 g green peppers
- 100 g garlic
- 100 g tail fat
Preparation
- Chop the ingredients into large pieces.
- Thread meat, eggplants, potatoes, and peppers onto special Tokat kebab skewers.
- Hang the skewers in the vertical Tokat kebab oven and place tail fat in the middle.
- Cook for about 45-60 minutes until meat and vegetables are tender, then serve hot.
