  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • Warm water
  • 100 ml molasses (for dipping)
  • 2 cups of sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Mix flour, yeast, salt, sugar, and warm water to knead a soft dough.
  2. Let the dough rest for half an hour to ferment.
  3. Take pieces from the fermented dough and shape them into rings.
  4. Dip the rings first into diluted molasses, then coat generously with sesame seeds.
  5. Bake over oak charcoal fire in special rotating ovens until golden brown.
