Ingredients
- 500g flour
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 400g minced meat and onion filling
Preparation
- Mix flour, milk, water, and yeast to obtain a soft dough.
- Rest the dough and open it widely and ovally with your hands.
- Spread the prepared minced meat and onion filling over the dough.
- Bake in a stone oven, then serve by brushing with melted butter.
