Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 400g minced meat and onion filling

Preparation

  1. Mix flour, milk, water, and yeast to obtain a soft dough.
  2. Rest the dough and open it widely and ovally with your hands.
  3. Spread the prepared minced meat and onion filling over the dough.
  4. Bake in a stone oven, then serve by brushing with melted butter.
