Among freshwater fishermen across Türkiye, the Terkos pike is highly popular. In the lakeside villages of the Arnavutköy district, eating fried pike has become a tradition, especially on weekends. The cleaned fish are sliced with a special cutting technique to remove the bones. You can verify the locations of nearby fish restaurants via the Harita. This hidden delicacy, relatively unknown in general İstanbul cuisine but frequently sought out by enthusiasts, is a must-try.
