Ingredients

  • 300g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 50g sugar
  • 125g butter
  • 200ml milk (for cream)
  • 2 egg yolks (for cream)

Preparation

  3. Make a thick pastry cream with milk, sugar, egg yolks, and starch.
