Ingredients

  • 500g Solliès black figs
  • 2 tablespoons of local honey
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
  • 50g butter
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Preparation

  1. Wash the figs and cut a deep cross shape into the top of each fruit.
  2. Place them in a baking dish and put a small piece of butter inside each cross.
  3. Drizzle with honey, then scatter rosemary leaves and add the cinnamon stick.
  4. Bake at 180C for about 20 minutes until the figs are tender and caramelized.
