Ingredients

  • 250g chickpea flour
  • 500ml water
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper

Preparation

  1. Sift the chickpea flour and salt into a deep bowl.
  2. Slowly add water while whisking to achieve a smooth, fluid batter.
  3. Stir in the olive oil and let the mixture rest for at least 1 hour.
  4. Preheat a baking tray, pour the batter and bake at a very high temperature until golden.
