Ingredients

  • 2 zucchinis
  • 200g green beans
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 bunch of fresh basil
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 50ml extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. Dice all the vegetables into small cubes and boil them in water.
  2. Crush basil, garlic, and olive oil in a mortar to make a smooth pistou paste.
  3. When vegetables are tender, add small pasta shapes and cook until al dente.
  4. Remove from heat, stir in the fresh pistou paste and serve immediately.
