Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Sumbas coarse bulgur
  • 1 tablespoon homemade pepper paste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion
  • 2 green peppers
  • 3 cups hot water and salt

Preparation

  1. Sauté finely chopped onions and peppers in butter until soft.
  2. Add the pepper paste and fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the washed bulgur to the pot and stir for a few minutes with the ingredients.
  4. Pour in hot water and salt, simmer on low heat until the water is absorbed, then let it rest.
