Ingredients

  • 5 large onions
  • 200 g minced meat
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • Salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes

Preparation

  1. Slice the onions thinly into half-moons.
  2. Melt butter in a large pan and sauté the minced meat until it releases and absorbs its juices.
  3. Add the onions and tomato paste to the meat, cooking on low heat until onions are fully softened.
  4. Add spices, then crack the eggs on top, cover the pan, and let them cook.
