Ingredients
- 1 kg cubed lamb meat (medium fat)
- 500 g green peppers
- 255 g garlic
- 100 g tail fat
- 3 tomatoes
- Salt and red pepper flakes
Preparation
- Spread peeled garlic cloves and chopped green peppers at the bottom of a baking tray.
- Distribute the cubed lamb meat evenly over the vegetables.
- Add diced tomatoes, salt, and red pepper flakes.
- Top with finely chopped tail fat and bake in a stone oven for about 1.5 hours.
