Ingredients

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 150 g butter
  • 1 cup of grape molasses
  • 1 cup of water

Preparation

  1. Melt the butter in a large non-stick pan or pot.
  2. Add the flour and roast, stirring continuously, until its aroma is released and color turns slightly golden.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the grape molasses and water to prepare the syrup.
