Cuisine

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of whole milk
  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • 1 cup of grape molasses
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 cup of crushed walnuts

Preparation

  1. Put cold milk and flour into a deep pot and whisk thoroughly until completely smooth.
  2. Place the pot over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until it reaches a pudding-like consistency.
  3. Slowly add the grape molasses to the boiling mixture and continue stirring over low heat for another 15 minutes.
  4. Pour into bowls, drizzle with melted hot butter, garnish generously with walnuts, and serve.
