- Fine Bulgur (Dugurcuk)
- Roasted Terebinth or Walnuts
- Tomato Paste and Onion
- Fresh Parsley and Basil
- Cold Water and Lemon Juice
Preparation
- Crush the roasted terebinth in a mortar until its oil comes out.
- Knead the fine bulgur with finely chopped onions, tomato paste, and crushed terebinth.
- Add fresh herbs and spices to the mixture and continue kneading.
- Dilute the mixture with cold water until it reaches a soup consistency and serve with ice.
