Sari Burma Dessert is made by rolling out homemade dough prepared with flour, eggs, and yogurt into paper-thin sheets using a rolling pin. After sprinkling walnuts inside, it is wrapped around the pin, wrinkled from both ends, and placed on a tray. You can find this original flavor in bakeries in the old bazaar in the center of Kırıkkale; visit the Map to see their locations. This dessert is a light and crispy example of Türkiye syrup dessert culture.
