  • 1 kg lamb meat (chops or cubes)
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 10 green peppers
  • 2 heads of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tail fat or butter
  • Salt, chili flakes

Preparation

  1. Wash the lamb meat and spread it evenly on the bottom of a baking tray.
  2. Add whole peeled garlic cloves and chopped green peppers on top of the meat.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, salt, and spices over the meat and mix well.
  4. Put pieces of butter on top and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 1.5 hours until the meat is tender.
