Ingredients

  • 5 cups of flour
  • 1 pack of yeast
  • 1 cup of warm milk
  • 1 tea glass of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of nigella seeds

Preparation

  1. Mix flour and yeast in a deep bowl.
  2. Add milk and oil to knead the dough.
  3. Leave the dough to ferment for 45 minutes.
  4. Shape it, sprinkle nigella seeds, and bake.
