- 500 g flour
- 250 ml water
- 10 g fresh yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mulberry molasses
- 2 cups sesame seeds
Preparation
- Mix flour, water, yeast, and salt to knead a very hard dough.
- Divide the dough into pieces, shape them into rings, and twist them into simit shape.
- Dip the prepared rings first into diluted mulberry molasses, then into plenty of sesame seeds.
- Bake in high-temperature stone ovens until the outside is completely crispy.
