Cuisine
Kivratma is a flavor unique to the Samsun region, which is made without pouring syrup and thus preserves its freshness for a long time. Plenty of hazelnuts, walnuts, and granulated sugar are sprinkled inside the hand-rolled thin dough sheets, and they are wrinkled with the help of a rolling pin. You can check the Map for the sales points of this dessert, which you can frequently find in local product markets in the center of İlkadım.
