- 1 teaspoon salt
- 300 g minced beef
- 2 medium onions
- Butter (for topping)
Preparation
- Mix flour, yeast, water, and salt to knead a smooth dough and leave it to ferment.
- Finely chop the onions and mix them raw with minced meat, salt, and black pepper to prepare the filling.
- Take pieces from the fermented dough and roll them out very thinly lengthwise.
- Place the filling, close the dough, and bake in a wood-fired stone oven until crispy, then brush with butter.
